How to cancel

Easy — it's all in your account. No emails, no phone calls, no awkward conversations.

  1. Go to My Account
  2. Find your booking and hit Cancel booking
  3. You'll see your refund amount before confirming
  4. Refund processed automatically — arrives in your account within 5–10 business days

What if the coach cancels?

You get a 100% full refund— no questions asked. We think that's the only fair way to do it.

We'll also reach out to help you find an alternative coach so your trip isn't ruined. Getting out on the trails matters — we'll do what we can to make it happen.

What about bad weather or dodgy trail conditions?

Mountain sports are real — weather is part of the deal. Here's how it works:

  • It's always the coach's discretion whether conditions are safe enough to ride. Safety first, always.
  • If conditions are sketchy, the coach will aim to reschedule rather than cancel outright.
  • If the coach cancels within 48 hours of the sessiondue to conditions, it's treated as a coach cancellation — you get a full refund.

A note on the 5% fee:When you cancel 21+ days out, Yeww retains 5% of the booking value. This covers Stripe payment processing costs — money that was already spent when you originally paid. It's not profit; it's what card processors charge us. We wish we could eat that cost, but we can't.

Refunds are processed via Stripe and typically clear in 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
